Thank you for shopping with us! Each of our photo buttons and magnets is custom-made just for you — which means we take great care in making every piece. Because these are personalized products, our return policy is slightly different.

All Sales Are Final on Custom Orders
Since each item is made to order using your uploaded image(s), we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect image upload. 

Please reach out if you aren't satisfied with your order, and we will work with you. 

Damages or Issues:
We take pride in the quality of our custom products, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following: your order number, a clear photo of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
